Refund Policy

At RVsoccer, we’re committed to making sure your experience — whether booking a game or buying merch— is fair and straightforward. Please read the following carefully for details on refunds for merchandise and online scheduling payments.

1. Merchandise Refunds

Eligible for Return

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt). 

 Refunds​

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Contact us at rvsoccer2004@gmail.com to initiate a refund. 

2. Online Scheduling Refunds

This includes payments for pickup games, field bookings, and other scheduled sessions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before the event.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Event Cancellations (By Us)

  • If we cancel due to weather, facility issues, or low attendance:

    • You’ll receive a full refund. ​

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email rvsoccer2004@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order or booking number

  • Reason for refund

  • Any supporting photos (if applicable)

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your payment method again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider.

  3. If it’s still not showing, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
