1. Merchandise Refunds
Eligible for Return

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Online Scheduling Refunds
This includes payments for pickup games, field bookings, and other scheduled sessions.
Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before the event.

No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

If we cancel due to weather, facility issues, or low attendance:
